We would never get the true story if not for first hand accounts.
When fedgov’s purchase of huge numbers of pistol rounds was in the news, some asked why would they buy pistol ammo when most firefights are fought with rifle ammo? It occurred to me recently that the soviet’s method of execution was a pistol shot to the head.

I have a solution for this problem. As a conservative activist, I have attended a number of protest demonstrations against Bill, Hillary, Chuck Shumer, etc. The police always have a protest section walled off some distance from where the target will be. I don’t know what would happen if we did not stay inside the protest zone because we obeyed.
The solution is to have a protest zone which can be expanded as needed OUTSIDE the arena, some distance from the entrance. This is a private event with tickets (even if they are free.) There should be printed rules of conduct on them indicating that anyone who shouts, curses, commits violence, etc. will be immediately removed. If they resist, they will be arrested. That is how orderly protest is handled. They cannot be permitted access to the inside or even to be physically near attendees on the outside.

Got there around 3:15. Nice weather, pleasant people in line...and in stands—even people who may not have been Trump supporters but just there to watch...I enjoyed hearing stories about ex-Marine who was wanting to learn more about Trump—a supporter. A woman who actually worked with Michelle O. and voted for Barry was there with her son...had become a Trump supporter too....
Things started going down hill around 5:00 or so...but it was when event cancelled that the Bernie/BlackLivesMatter/Muslims/etc. went nuts....cheering, chanting, and then some scuffles and fights broke out on the floor.
Then you can read a couple posts I have written about what happened when I left parking garage...when the mob of 2000+ protesters had arrived on the scene....and basically I was in an ambush by 200 or more very nasty protesters... Luckily, after 5 minutes or so, 20 police officers broke up the mob so we could leave.
The mob was so full of hate...I did not have any Trump stickers or pins...they screamed me a racist because I was white and at a Trump rally....For all they knew, I worked in an office in the venue.
Then to come home, flip on the news, and hear Cruz BLAME TRUMP?!?!?!—that is when I needed the wine!!!
So sad, because tho I have had opportunity to hear Trump/experience a rally, and people who drove great distances did not :(
But yes, I am okay, and thank you so much for asking :)

It's not the same at all, but when we lived in Chicago, you had to go through a certain section where the public housing was ( Cabrini Green; now torn down, long gone and replaced with townhouses and apartment buildings ), to get to a highway. It was in the midst of a terrible "SMASH & GRAB" outbreak, so I was terrified and then the light turned red. A small mob formed and thankfully it wasn't a long light.
Having gone through that, I knew that what was going on tonight in Chicago was FAR WORSE, so I was very frightened for everyone who was there and trying to get home.
