Source: Clinton IT specialist revealing server details to FBI, 'devastating witness'
Fox News ^ | 3/11/2016 | Catherine Herridge

Posted on 03/11/2016 10:28:32 AM PST by SueRae

Former Hillary Clinton IT specialist Bryan Pagliano, a key witness in the email probe who struck an immunity deal with the Justice Department, has told the FBI a range of details about how her personal email system was set up, according to an intelligence source close to the case who called him a “devastating witness.”

The source said Pagliano told the FBI who had access to the former secretary of state’s system – as well as when – and what devices were used, amounting to a roadmap for investigators.

"Bryan Pagliano is a devastating witness and, as the webmaster, knows exactly who had access to [Clinton's] computer and devices at specific times. His importance to this case cannot be over-emphasized," the intelligence source said.

The source, who is not authorized to speak on the record due to the sensitivity of the ongoing investigation, said Pagliano has provided information allowing investigators to knit together the emails with other evidence, including images of Clinton on the road as secretary of state.

The cross-referencing of evidence could help investigators pinpoint potential gaps in the email record. "Don't forget all those photos with her using various devices and it is easy to track the whereabouts of her phone," the source said. "It is still boils down to a paper case. Did you email at this time from your home or elsewhere using this device? And here is a picture of you and your aides holding the devices."

“It would be great if for once a Clinton insider actually refused to go the mattresses with the family.
Imagine somewhere along the line if one of them just said, “Screw it! I don’t even like these creeps. Give me witness protection and I’ll tell you everything I know. With proof.”

Maybe this guy is the one”

He’s an IT guy, near the bottom of the pyramid of deceit and corruption. If the FBI is at all serious (and competent), they will march up the food chain with more offers of immunity.

The FBI’s final report and recommendation for indictment could be more damning to Hillary than an indictment itself...

IF it is made public. Do you know if this sort of thing would be made public, or kept quiet to avoid prejudicing any future legal activity, even though the powers that be weren't planning to have any?

I can tell you unequivocally that agents who were with the Bureau during the China Gate investigation feel the same way about her scumbag husband.

Really. The Clintons are harder to kill than cockroaches and not nearly as lovable.

Obviously, Catherine Herridge has proved that she can be trusted to accurately report “just the facts” and nothing more.

Dating back to early 1990s there have been countless inquiries and "investigations" into the activities of the Clinton Crime Family. When Starr was conducting his "investigation", daily we were led to believe that a blockbuster announcement and legal actions were imminent. Just recently, the congressional hearings by Gowdy promised much the same. Bottom line, what have we gotten? A TOTAL WHITEWASH! - so much so, that when confronted, the Clintons point to the investigations and use them to proclaim total innocence. Given that history, why should be expect anything different from the most corrupt regime in American History? Remember, there is a very good chance the Clintons have damning evidence against 0bama and they will use it if they are cornered.

I've said this a few times, but it bears repeating: if Trump wins, Obama is in danger himself of being charged with conspiracy to commit treason resulting from either failing to indict or pardons HRC.

If Trump somehow loses, Obama during his retirement years will still have to deal with a defense/intelligence community that also believes he was party to treason if either of those two conditions exist.

In a nutshell, this situation is far too serious to Obama's future to treat it as a mere political gambit in order to have some Dem preserve his administration's milestones. Better to get the monkey off his back, even if it means someone reversing the last8 years.

Clinton's server, lies and dishonesty will bite her big butt.

If she stonewalls and does not release the speech transcripts....it enables Republicans to paint her into a corner. This is not just a vast right-wing conspiracy that is causing her problems. She has caused herself these problems. The server is not the vast right-wing conspiracy. It's Hillary Clinton deciding she could put a server in her closet. The same with the transcripts. The same with accepting b anking money in a presidential year when she knew that she was probably going to be running for President.....

“Who might perhaps be a Clinton operative. I seem to remember “sources close to the Starr investigation” suggesting all sorts of devastating things were coming, and that helped make Bill look relatively innocent when the actual charges were revealed.”

It’s a good point, but the difference is that at this point she is competing in primaries, and it wouldn’t make much sense to leak bad things in the middle of all that, just to look better later.

Keep in mind the exaggerations told about the Clinton’s before (Bills impeachment testimony)

So that when the truth came out everyone said, “Oh, that was nothing.”

They’re putting down a marker....either Clinton gets indicted, or the whole story gets leaked...creating a huge problem for the DoJ

That's my take on it too. And I have a feeling that she has a lot of enemies out there who would like to see the FBI wait for just the right time to hit this big, slow-moving target below the waterline.

If Hillary were as powerful s people think she is, she would be POTUS today, instead of a thug from Jakarta.

Tangent to this...

On the Daily Smoe, Fmr US Atty Gen Michael Mukasey was their guest.

Go here: http://www.msnbc.com/morning-joe/watch/why-is-ex-clinton-staffer-getting-immunity-now-635699779736

Watch the body language, the demeanor and the Seriousness. They are bargaining, they know the gig is up for her. They get MuKasey's bonafido's and his seriousness, look at Barnicle look for an out....

This story was all over Bill Bennett and Laura Ingraham today with guest such as Mukasey.

My gut feel? They are setting the stage for what is coming...

Exactly.

Not only is the FBI not going to pursue charges against Hillary, they will issue statements specifically exonerating her of any wrongdoing then declare the investigation a total waste of money that GOP iniders forced on them.

You’re living in a dream word if you think she will suffer any consequences for this.

Yep. I recall it was Fred Thompson who asked Butterfield about the Oval Office taping system.
