"Secretary Powell and Secretary Rice did nothing of the sort," Napolitano told "America's Newsroom" host Bill Hemmer on Thursday when asked to explain the legal distinction between the use of private emails and a private server.
"Her predecessors, and let's identify them – Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice – did not have servers in their own home," Napolitano said.

I was wondering about what Hillary claimed about her predecessors. Hope next time she claims that someone will call her out on it, but I’m not holding my breath.
* Andrew McCarthy was on Bill Bennett ( 2 fill ins ) saying that this was not about being lazy, It was about not being held accountable.
* Another former Federal Prosecutor on Laura this a.m. going over the scenario's of what maybe done.
A caller pontificated it was easy for a donor / client to get the data on her private servers.

I still wouldn’t be a bit surprised if Colin Powell comes out and endorses here.
From everything leaked so far it looks like Hillary will have more splaining to do in May. Unlike the classified emails excuses in which she plays word games, she won’t be able to that with the bribery and tax evasion evidence. Two billon dollars worth wasn’t an accident.

Another utterly specious argument from Frau Hitlery.
Sure, all of her predecessors - at least those since email came into being - had private email accounts. Some, in select cases and subject to their judgment, probably used private email to conduct official business. However, if any used a private email account on a private server to transmit and receive classified information, inquiring minds would like to know who they were. I, for one, would like to see the follow-up question: “Really? Who?” The “Well, everyone does it” defense doesn’t hold up in court - at least for most of us.
