Well, Cruz has an ex-NSA guy as first in command of his campaign, and a dirty trickster as second in command...

If it is found that the Cruz campaign is responsible, I would not think it should be too surprising.

I did some more analysis. Besides Shanghai, like I said, I noticed a big "data dump" coming in from a small island off of Georgia, which via a Palo Alto Firewall got over to Delaware.
