New six-count indictment unsealed in Malheur refuge occupation case (OREGON STANDOFF)

A new six-count indictment unsealed Wednesday adds one more defendant and more charges in the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge outside of Burns.

The indictment now charges 26 people, including an unnamed defendant, with federal conspiracy.

It also charges 20 of the defendants with possessing firearms and dangerous weapons at the federal refuge, nine with use and carry of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence, three with theft of government property and two with depredation of government property.....

Seventeen defendants entered not guilty pleas in court Wednesday. They sat in three rows beside their lawyers in front of U.S. District Judge Anna Brown.

When Ammon Bundy's lawyer asked the judge to advise the client of his rights, Brown said Bundy has had his rights read in open court several times already and that was sufficient.

"I know I have no rights," Ammon Bundy remarked out loud.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Ethan Wright said another indictment is possible......

Mike Arnold, Ammon Bundy's defense lawyer, said the FBI agent's affidavit failed to include the full story of threats. He said Armstrong's affidavit referenced the parents of Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward being followed after leaving a school play and feeling harassed.

Arnold claimed it was Ward's parents that made threats to Payne and Lequieu when the two defendants and others were passing out fliers for a rally in support of the Hammonds........

More charges over the protest in Oregon including the notion of depredation of government property when Sean Anderson and the 'unnamed defendant' excavated a site said to be sacred to the local Indian tribe.

I suspect this was the excavation done to create an outside latrine since the last four people decided to stay out of the buildings and live in a tent outside because of the threat of FBI assault.

The FBI told the media about the feces they found in a trench at the refuge. Does FBI stand for the Fecal Bureau of Investigation?

And yet, Hillary! Clinton remains un-indicted.

The government is determined to make an example out of these people. Murder one, and destroy the lives of the others with trumped up charges that they’ll take forever to get out from under if at all. Funny I don’t recall any similar charges being brought against the “occupy” a$$holes when they took over various bits of public property.

Shot in the back three times with his hands in the air and you call that murder?

“Conspiracy” should be removed from possible charges. It is easily the most abused and ridiculous charge in existence. The most these folks did is trespassing. They were legally armed. If Black Lives Matter did this that’s all they would get...if anything at all

They're part of the problem. They're paid by the government's plunder they're allowed to kill citizens and ignore the rights of those they don't kill BECAUSE THEY'RE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT. Would anyone seriously expect them to condemn one of their own?

They thought they were under fire with live ammo and now we know some FBI guy fired a couple of rounds at the truck along with the other flash bangs, pepper shot etc. etc..

Every time the FBI side releases a little info to make themselves look good for the prosecution of those in jail, they reveal the truth as in LaVoy running away from the truck to draw fire away from the passengers.

He was tragically ‘successful’ in doing so.

More vindication for those who see this as an ‘ambush’ and a ‘murder’.

The government can and will do this to you when you are on the wrong side of a narrative.
I’m surprised they haven’t jailed people for refusing to bake cakes.

Shot in the back, with hands up, and unarmed* = murder.

*he was unarmed when he left for the meeting; left his carry gun (.45) behind. .
Someone must’ve ‘planted’ the 9mm on him after he was down.

The Oregon Labor Commissioner didn’t go for jail, he seized the bakers bank accounts.

Somebody was in overall charge of this operation for the government.

Who was it?

They had two separate locations.

Why?

Who was in charge at each location?

What were the orders/instructions at each location?

What was the official stated purpose of this operation?

If it was a traffic stop, it was incompetently done.

If it was a capture operation, it was incompetently done.

If it was an intimidation operation by the Democrats, well, they killed an American citizen who had his hands in the air.

Bravo, Democrats. Bravo.

Gonna have to step in and say I'll go with the folks with the Iron Crosses over the other guys. Awards were hard to come by in the Wehrmacht.

Besides. They only do to us as we allow them to do.

They only do to us as we allow them to do..

Not sure I totally agree. How do you stop them?

Breaking: Lavoy Finicum WAS Tased - FBI Now Being Investigated

5 FBI agents under investigation for lying or conspiring to lie about the details of this shooting.

Tased and shot in the back 3 times.

This was an un-necessary murder of an American made justified by following the letter of the law and deemed so by the very government that created the monster that did it.
