I have an acquaintance whose husband is a BP officer. When I asked her how he thinks things are going in BP she told me that they haven’t had anywhere near as many training academies as they used to. Like very, very few now for new officers. Made me wonder if the plan is to decrease their ranks by attrition or just to overall effect their training and readiness.
Whoever gets elected needs to take a firehose to every federal agency. Top to bottom housecleaning and scrap civil service job protection rules.
