How?

Can they achieve air dominance so that they can land and airdrop troops?

Didn’t think so.

What a stupid statement. I expect better from the Sov, er, Russians.

I think this is more like trying to convince the South Koreans that they might have a better friend with Russia to protect them then the US.

Huh? The Norks are using Soviet technology from the 60s

Any modern nation can devastate them. The only problem is that they are effectively pointing a gun at the South’s head and will pull the trigger when attacked.

Russia and NK share a short border. I am not sure if the terrain is suitable for moving larger numbers of troops, but they do share a border.
