Bush did not attend Lady Bird Johnson’s funeral, although Laura Bush did. Clinton did not attend Pat Nixon’s funeral. 0bama did not attend Betty Ford’s funeral for that matter. Move along, nothing to see, there are much better and sounder reasons for outrage.
