As Don Imus might say, there was a "tension convention" on the set of today''s Morning Joe. Joe Scarborough and Nicolle Wallace got into it over Marco Rubio's future. Scarborough repeatedly argued that Rubio should get out before the Florida primary, or risk ruining his political future. Wallace made the case that Rubio has the right to remain in as much as Kasich, both their strategies being to survive to a hopefully brokered convention.
Scarborough would surely say his was simply the voice of political reason. But watch the clip, and see if there isn't something more at work. As for Wallace, the strain in her expression as Joe harangued her spoke volumes. At one point Joe snapped at Nicolle: "get your Marco Rubio badge off, okay?" To which Wallace could have but didn't respond "quit your anti-Rubio crusade, Joe."

Nicole Wallace was the person who sabotaged Sarah Palin during the 2008 campaign and then knifed Sarah in the back after the election. As the supposed “conservative” on The View she was let go after constantly trashing conservatives and backing Hillary Clinton.
Now she is supporting Rubio and a brokered convention.

I remember when it was tough duty to watch Morning Joe, but you faithfully did it.
Now, it has morphed into one of the best shows on politics now that Fox Snooze’s agenda has been exposed.
As for Nicole Wallace, she is the Benedict Arnold of 2008 when she set up Sarah Palin to be torpedoed by Katie Couric.
We could have had a better future, but Nicole worked to undermine that. Another DC prostitute— whose only issue is her going price today.

I always thought Wallace was a Romney mole in the McCain camp....there solely to destroy Palin because Romney could not get over the fact McCain picked her over him.

I suspect if he were to give up someone else would have to come forward from behind the curtain to run their show. I believe there are many more just like him hiding in the shadows.
