The delegate count today stands at:
Trump 384
Cruz 300
Rubio 151
Kasich 37

When Rubio and Kasich make their exit it's hard to imagine their 200 delegates going to Trump. This is looking like the momentum is with Cruz.

I’ll confess I am less enamored of Levin of late. Yes, he’s highly invested in Cruz and to some extent, I think he overthrashes Trump. So be it. For the most part I’m sick of hearing about this whole election thing. I can’t escape the feeling that this is supposed to be 1: a nation of laws; 2: run by people who cherish it and 3: wish to preserve it. None of those being, is actually in effect, it should be that whomever is elected is not so bloody important. WTF are these people, our saviors?

But regardless of whom you support, Trump or Cruz; if you liked Levin for his principled Conservativism; then you still should. Right? You don’t ordinarily like him for his electioneering, do you?

Just saying/asking.

“..Or maybe they want Hillary to win”

If it’s between Hillary and Trump - then yes, they want Hillary to win. They’re bastards alright. This is our Revolution, and these are the modern day King George’s.

It’s really unfortunate for me, I haven’t been able to stomach Levin in months. His constant ranting over Trump is getting into Beck territory. I swear, I thought the country was nuts a year ago and now it’s just bizarre.

That person would be Cruz, not Mr. Trump (who is part of the establishment).

Maybe Jeb "low energy" Bush and Rick "wears glasses so people think he's smarter" Perry weren't great candidates, but Trump broke that 11th Commandment long before anyone else did.

The level of insults Trump tossed around early in this campaign were like nothing that had been seen in theodern primary era.

What GOPe attacks? They have held their fire and refuse to spend money against Trump. Besides media spin, there is very little evidence the RNC is against Trump. Think about what reality shows do.

Over the years I’ve agreed with a lot of what Levin has had to say, but I haven’t been listening to him much over the past year. It started before the election really, but even more so as the campaign progressed. Just because he’s been right about some things doesn’t mean I agree with on everything, and I certainly don’t agree with his take on Trump and Cruz. In addition, I find his personality harder and harder to take.

The reason I bring it up is because I know there are still a lot of people who listen to him and are influenced by him. We need as many allies in this battle as we can get. It would be nice if he could start looking at this election more objectively and see how his emotions have caused him to stray from seeing how the GOPe is trying to play us. He’s playing right into their hands. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Just sayin, Mark.

“I haven’t been able to stomach Levin in months. His constant ranting over Trump is getting into Beck territory.”

I hear ya. I had to turn Mark off months ago, too. His incessant Trump bashing just wore me out.

For a while there, I’d tune in just long enough for him to start amping up, then I’d switch stations. He usually didn’t make it to the first commercial break before I had to cut him off.

That was months ago. I have no idea how nuts he’s become since, but I hear he’s still at it.

I will support a Constitutionally eligible candidate or none.

Mark Levin sells snake oil. I want my money back from those books of his which I bought.

I will refrain from further expressing my vitriolic responses here.

“When Rubio and Kasich make their exit it’s hard to imagine their 200 delegates going to Trump. This is looking like the momentum is with Cruz.”

That might be a problem for Trump, except for the fact that Ted isn’t strong in the upcoming states. Trump will win a lot of delegates in the weeks and months to come, canceling any effect of the Rubio and Kasich delegate additions to Cruz’s total.

I’m sorry, but it won’t be enough to save him.

Only on this forum could Cruzatics call Trump GOPe and that Cruz is anti GOPe

And in the same breath admit GOPe donor class is inundating primaries with kill Trump ad time which helps their boy Cruz

This is why we find them so obnoxious

A cure that is as bad or worse than the disease is no solution. Trump does things like repeatedly yell profanities like “Mother F——” from the campaign stage, he openly blasts conservatives and what we stand for from the campaign stage, openly propose one big government program after another and pledges to further increase the powers of the Presidency, constant flip-flopping on the issues, non-stop praise of late for Planned Parenthood, and his big claim to fame - immigration - he’s also phony on as he was an outspoken supporter of amnesty all the way up until just before he announced his candidacy and had previously blasted Romney and the GOP for being too tough on immigration and encouraging moderation on the issue blaming it at least partially for Romney’s loss in 2012. He’s also the only candidate to have opened strip clubs as part of his resume. This is just the tip of the iceberg but that is sufficient to make the point - do you really think this is the appropriate solution?

I agree. The ‘Constitutional scholar’, has a real lack of curiosity when it comes to exploring the question of NBC. How many times has he talked about the importance of ‘original intent’? Now? Crickets. He’s shown a real lack of integrity on this one issue, at the very least.

Trump is the RINO establishment personified and he cannot beat Hillary any more than Romney could.

I couldn’t care less that Trump flip-flopped on deportation, abortion, guns, etc. He’s been a con man and lawsuit-happy nut for his whole life. He is a liberal New York values politician who has lied to conservatives and fewer and fewer are falling for it with each passing day.

LOL, are you kidding? Trump has sued and threatened to sue everyone on two legs. And his business failures and failed lawsuits are legion.
