I think that part is bluff. the winds could put fallout into north korea. The US can do surgical strike. but probably won’t.
With this bluster, I would think they would have several.Did any rocket they have launched actually make it to orbit? If so then that would be worrisome.

Maybe but it would be an easy strike. Couldn’t miss given the distance. It might put fallout into North Korea but it’s far enough from population centers that it would not be a big deal. And besides, he surely knows that we’d respond with nukes anyway. The question is whether he cares. I remember that the Dems said that Saddam could be trusted with weapons of mass destruction because he wasn’t suicidal. He’d know that to use them would mean his death. Well he was suicidal. As demonstrated by what happened. I suspect Kim is the same.

Well the US and SK are going to have a 2 month military drill with 300,000 South Korean troops. THAT could be why Kim is saying he’ll use nukes indiscriminately. He’d have zero chance in a conventional war with what the North has.
