Problem is.....so would portions of S. Korea (along the border?)....plus there’s that pesky radiation factor. No...I doubt that Obama would ever use nukes against N. Korea. Even if they did ‘nuke us first’.
The EMP damage on South Korea alone would probably be a big problem.
Hasn’t 0bama already stated that he would not retaliate in the event of a nuclear attack? Early on in his candidacy I believe.
The only reason nuclear weapons are in our arsenal are for much bigger players than N. Korea - we would not waste or impact on the planet nuclear detonations on a piss ant little country like N. Korea..
There’s no need - we could end them in a heart beat and they know it and our nukes would still sit silent at the ready..
