LINZEY: He's a businessman. When he becomes president, he's going to have nothing to do with his business. It's going to go into a blind trust and all that. But as a businessman, there are things you do for business. And that is separate from running for president of the United States. And I'd like to take Mitt Romney to task because he's violated the moral tenants of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when he violated the Mormon rule of doing unto others what you would have others do unto you. And what he did to Trump was backhanded. It was political sabotage. It was hypocrisy.

Silence or even mild public disagreement would've been expected, but not outright backstabbing. Trump had poorer conservative credentials in 2012 than he does now.
Was that written on Joseph Smith's golden plates? Perhaps the Moroni forgot to include that, or Smith's seer stone needed to be cleaned. I don't think this actual Christian minister understands Mitt's cult very well
I wonder if Romney was blackmailed in some way, I still can’t believe he would be so incredibly stupid as to do something like that. He basically committed political suicide by doing that not to mention the damage it caused to his integrity and respect. He HAD to know that would be the outcome, so what made him do it?
What now only the wealthy can run for office? Or government fund politicians mean they’re not bought?

Romney has the gull to say that Trump supporters are suckers, while Mormons believe that upon mortal death they will become Gods, rulers over planets and the current God is just made of flesh and bones.
