Cruz can't win without some cross over votes. If you think a conservative base alone can beat Hillary in the general, you're kidding yourself.
If Cruz is the nominee, many, many, many people sit November out.
Question for everybody: Does anybody, no matter whom your candidate is, really think the GOP would not engage in voter fraud to get their candidate? Especially after this week when they went for broke with their concerted attacks against Trump? One of the Florida committe men for Trump has been asked to resign from his University post, and the GOP is threatening to remove him from the party apparatus.
The Maine Caucus is a closed caucus-only registered Republicans can vote.
Isn’t it a bad thing that Cruz can only pull from Republican voters? I have to check but I THINK everyone is allowed to vote in November. I’ll get back to you on that
