As Ive ranted in related threads, I wish that everybody would quit picking on Obama.
Since Congress is the most constitutionally powerful branch of the corrupt federal government, all roads of corruption in DC lead to Congresss front door. The only reason that last-term Obama gets away with his unconstitutional unilateral actions for example, is because corrupt Congress refuses to impeach and remove him from office.
In fact, regarding Ted Cruzs constitutionallly indefensible campaign trail promise to get rid of the IRS, the only thing that Cruz as president can actually do to kill the IRS is to sign a bill from Congress that kills the IRS. And Cruz is not going to get such a bill from Congress if conservative voters do not get off of their couches on election day to give Trump, Cruz, or whatever conservative president that they elect, a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that would agree to abolishing the IRS.
Obama has gotten more support and funding since the Republicans gained a majority.
You make a great point about Congress but I’ll never quit picking on 0bama, I just can’t. :)
