I used to live about a mile from there in South Philly....3rd and Mifflin. Then, Washington Ave and the railroad tracks were the dividing line. Although that area was largely black, then, there didn't seem to be much to fear. I walked there frequently; played ball on empty lots.

I'm an hour south of Pittsburgh, 30 mins from the mountains, close to the WV line.

I always tell folks the time to bug out is now.

If you live in or near a large urban area, move. If you can't move at least arrange a location that you can go to in case of SHTF.
