I am leaving for my caucus in Maine in about 30 minutes.
Registration starts at 8:00 and ends at 9:00 am. We vote by secret ballot. As soon as I know the results I will post them here, probably about 12:30 pm.
Trump is an imminent threat to conservatism. I hope we dodge that bullet.
You’ve articulated what so many think. We recognize Ted’s credentials but have serious doubts as to his ability to navigate a general election in a country that has been radically transformed the last 8 years. The swamp needs to be drained first to lay the groundwork for bringing the pendulum back.
The GOP is a bigger threat to conservatism.
Yet, all the GOPe wants to destroy him. I’m a conservative, Trump doesn’t threaten me.
Only the ruling elites seem to be concerned.mmmmmm
Both are threats; Trump is a bigger threat.
I whole lot more than the ruling elites are concerned Trump. His negatives are sky high and growing.
The GOP tell us little people who we can’t vote for, I don’t remember Trump doing that.
Thanks for your great effort
I don’t buy what you’re selling it’s the base thst supports Trump, said by non other then Mark Levin.
RINO’s the party is over, change with us or you’ve won your last election.
The neo-cons and their open borders toadies are the biggest threat, not only to the republican party, but to the entire nation, and even the wellbeing of the world.
No telling you who you can’t vote for. That’s ridiculous. Just warning you that the bridge is out ahead — can’t make you believe me.
They are threats, but Trump is a bigger threat. He is an abuse of power waiting to happen.
Maybe, maybe not.
Puerto Ricans are citizens. Illegals compete with them for jobs, and further weaken the tax base which supports their benefits. I would think PRs would support halting illegal immigration.
In your world every category votes in lock-step? Funny that Trump supporters tout how many liberal democrats will vote for Trump but then say the base is voting for Trump. I venture to say it is not simplistic, that it is some from all groups.
This conservative is voting Cruz today. YAY!
The neo-cons and their toadies have been abusing power for over 30 years. That’s why they are in all out attack mode against Trump, they are afraid of losing that power to continue the 3rd World invasion, and to start never ending wars.
Rubio is favored there, I think he has the pledge of the 3 RNC delegates, which may not be bound to the Commonwealth's vote. With that said, he's actually making an appearance in San Juan today, so who knows whether that lead is more tenuous than we think.
Puerto Rico aligns well for GOP-e RINOs like Rubio.... It's one of a handful of states where inmates can vote.
Yeah, but being a citizen of a foreign country until May of 2014 gives him special insight into foreign policy, doesn’t it?
Trump is a bigger threat.
Exactly! And isn’t it wonderful to watch as the swamp draining has already begun?
So many formerly respected “conservative” media personalities have been forced to out themselves as establishment RINOs. Because if there’s one plank in Trump’s platform that’s crystal clear, it’s The Wall!
Trump ingeniously introduced this as this election’s litmus test, because he knows that it’s supported by voters across the entire political spectrum. He’s forcing all the media and elected figures to declare themselves on this issue alone.
And the masks are coming off. It’s so much easier now to recognize the establishment Republicans for the traitors that they are.
And Ted Cruz better be super careful here - many of his supporters are failing the test, and he’s coming perilously close to being identified as GOPe himself!
