Just black coffee, lots of water and LOTS of beer every day, with emphasis on the latter. Occasional milk shakes with burgers. Canned tuna on croissants. Chocolate milk with cake. ....Just a regular diet of only one or two meals a day, since I’m retired and less active, so I don’t gain weight. .....In the first year after retirement, I lost 35 pounds because I previously was working 12-15 hours a day at work and home and eating three big meals a day.
