If he really has ALS, the judge could be saving the taxpayers some serious money. Let him die at his own expense.

The story was poorly written. They talk about a trial, but don’t give the outcome. Digging around, it appears that the idiots on the jury were bamboozled into finding him not guilty by reason of insanity. Since he wasn’t really insane, you can’t hold him in a mental institution because the jury was stupid.

Blame the jurors, not the judge for this mess.

The judge is saving the tax payers a boat load of money.

My Mom had ALS and her medical expenses were through the roof and that was 20 years ago.
