You do the math, how many man-hours do yo think it takes to build an iPhone? To make an entire car it averages 30 man-hours. So with an iPhone we are talking about something with way less individual assemblies and parts.

Actually would still be better, you would need people to maintain the plant 20-30 people, People to fix and maintain and refill the robots 10-20 people, demand for power would add a few more people, not to mention all the materials and sub components that would need to be made by other automated factories for making the other se3mi conductor components, etc...
