Excellent point. Democrats have run these places for generations. Liberal Democrats, and in many cases, black Democrats have significant power over these largely black cities.
If liberal Democrat policies were going to lead to greater education, lower crime, greater economic development, an expanded tax base, etc. then all of these cities should be shining cities on a hill. They should be places in which people are clamoring to move in, rather than continuing to see an exodus of residents.
To the extent that politics is involved, all of these places are run by Democrats, with minimal if any input from any Republican elected officials at any level of the city government.
But why is it that the liberals, water carriers in the media, etc. NEVER EVER look to the liberal policies which generations of Democrat rule have put into effect?? Why is it they never take a look at those policies to see what effect those policies have had on the situation in these cities???

Good points obadiah... but it's important to remember that OUR CONSERVATIVE ELITES played us for fools for years too. Conservative elites would polish their 'speeches' to hit the perfect note of everything we desired for our country - THEN they would go to Washington and feather their own nests and the nests of their donors and military contractors. It was always a lie... they played us for fools. Just like blacks are played for fools by their democrat elites.

But, blacks are worse off because democrat elites created a system of super delegates that will forever deny the vote and power for any group to attempt to take power from white liberal elites. White liberal elites have TOTAL control of the democrat party - even if minority voters out-number them.
Our 'elites' (think:assh*les) will do the same to us if we don't get Trump or Cruz elected. Count on Conservative elites creating a system of NEW super-delegates next time if we fail. They will copy what the democrats have done - and no outsiders will ever have a chance again. It will be the final step in turning our country into the typical 'run by elites' hellhole that's so common all over the world.
