If Kasich is staying in to take one for the team, he should be rewarded by Trump/Cruz.
I could care less if Mitch McConman’s ass is dumped as Majority Leader this fall.

I have ALWAYS stated that no one is obligated to drop out. No one is obligated to vote for “the winner”. The “winner” has to EARN votes. That’s despite that fact that Carson’s continued run continues at best as a statement.
So, I accept Carson staying in as long as he wants, and hope that the number of his voters dwindle as it becomes clear that it is just a statement campaign.
Kasich is MORE popular than Rubio in the populous northeast, on a fraction of the money, and without Establishment blessing. That gives EVERYBODY (Republican and Democrat) evidence that Rubio is not good national candidate.

Actually, they've done a great job backing a single candidate. First it was Bush, then Christie, then Rubio. The problem is that they backed losers, and there aren't enough establishment voters to get more than 5% of the election.
