State Department Won’t Commit to Finishing Review of Clinton’s Top-Secret Emails Before General Election

State Department spokesman John Kirby would not commit Tuesday to the agency finishing, in time for the general election in November, its review of Hillary Clinton's 22 top-secret emails and whether they were classified at the time they were sent or received on her private server.

Associated Press reporter Matt Lee pointed out this might be information voters would be interested in about Clinton, the potential Democratic nominee for president, before November.

"Can you commit to getting the results of this review into the top secret, into the classified... before there is a general election in this country?" Lee asked.

Kirby bristled at the idea of elections driving when the review would be completed.

"The secretary [John Kerry] wants this review to be done thoroughly and accurately and efficiently, and he's not going to allow himself, or the process, or the department to be driven by the political calendar on this."

Uh, oh. Effin' Kerry is in charge of something. I wonder if the idiot could be considered an accomplice.

Of course not. They got this game rigged real good now.

Some of State’s folks need to share a cell with Hillary.

The Court should slap Hillary’s State Department hard and give all of her emails to the organization requesting it through FOIA. All before the election.

It doesn’t matter. The FBI already has all of the emails. They aren’t on hold for anything.

There are three things going on here.

The Judicial Watch lawsuit over FOIA requests not being answered.

The State Department investigation, which seems to be quite tainted and political.

The last is the FBI investigation. I am certain that had anybody else done what Clinton did, they would be looking at some serious fines and/or jail time. prosecution would be a given, not a question.

You would think that after 8 years of being undermined by your CIC the FBI and CIA would want some payback against these muslim interlopers.

How many ambassadors reduced to shreds will it take for the State to realize the dangerous incompetence of Hillary as spun as being pro arab is BS?

If an ambassador had had a single scratch under Bush, they would have all howled like wolves in Congress with crying State Department witnesses one after the other.

Instead here we have crickets, and in part because the GOPe is not actively seeking a shaming crew.
