First of all, Trump only licensed the use of his name to this business. The prosecuting attorney is questionable in that he attacks businesses very aggressively many believe unfairly. Do people understand how often successful people are sued over spurious reasons? Most pay off, Trump is standing on principle at this point. Albeit, he will probably end up settling, but he cannot make it too easy for the bloodsuckers to steal some of his money...otherwise he will be inundated with lawsuits.
This case is moving light-speed when compared to the open and blatant email scandal of hitlery.

Trump was the guy in the videos promoting is "Trump University". That's far more than just licensing his name. He claimed to beactively involved and just about every sigle claim he made about his "University" ws a lie.

A quick google search for his ads for "Trump University" will prove your allegation as pure nonsense. It appears He committed Fraud.
