Rubio is just there to give the GOPee people someone to vote for. He might even be drawing votes away from Cruz, which works for the GOPee just fine, because they think they can cut deals with Trump.

On Monday (2/29), Limbaugh said he has been "infuriated" by the criticism of Rubio!
There has to be back room deal between the two - with most likely lots of money on the line.
