House Democratic Caucus Vice-Chair Rep. Joe Crowley (D-N.Y.) says the GOP is delaying the release of their budget to figure out where to make cuts, "because we know what their desires are in terms of reducing the 'so-called' size of government."
Crowley made the comments at a press conference last week.
"They have postponed - they are punting the release of their own budget for at least another three weeks, maybe even more," Crowley said. ...

You gotta laugh at the democrats who went without a federal budget for years, criticizing the republicans for dragging their feet.
He says it like that’s a bad thing.
The Federal budget:
70% payments to and on behalf of individuals, primarily SS, Medicare, Medicaid
15% defense
6% interest on debt
4% actual government operations
5% everything else
Holding it until the second Super Tuesday so Trump can’t use it to beat them up with it.
Save money by not paying senators that don’t show up for work every day.
We’ll make you Director of the Budget.
So the ones that show up and grow the size of government should be paid, then?
I’d prefer another “partial shutdown”. A very long one.
