Just a day before Super Tuesday, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are about even in Oklahoma.

A poll released Monday shows Sanders in the lead in Oklahoma's Democratic primary, with a five-point lead over Clinton. That lead is within the poll's 5.7 percent margin of error.

Sanders polled at 48 percent to Clinton's 43 percent. Another 8 percent said they were undecided, and 1 percent said they planned to vote for another candidate.

Meanwhile, real estate mogul Donald Trump continued to lead the Republican field, with 35 percent. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz came in second, with 23 percent, and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio came in third, with 22 percent. The Republican poll has a 4.9 percent margin of error.

The survey of 703 Oklahoma likely voters was conducted by Monmouth University Polling Institute between Thursday and Sunday.

Bernie’s even in Minnesota and Colorado too, even if he wins just one or two its probably enough to keep going and drain Hillarys resources

I’d like to see him whip her donkey even though the fix is already in for her to be the nominee.

In SE Michigan, have seen 0 Bernie TV ads and a ton of Hillary’s lying screech ads. Of course Detroit, Flint and parts of the unionized SE will always be for the Clintons. A lot of stupid people. Primary is March 8.

Look for the Clinton crime machine to step up operation in Oklahoma.

there are MANY MANY D’s who realize Hillary is a liar and Loser...some would prefer someone other than Bernie but are backing him since he’s the only game they have to keep Hillary from being crammed down their throats by the party bosses

the D voters would like to win at least as much as we would
... at least we had a dozen candidates to choose from.... the poor D folks only have two now and ... well, neither is what most of them would really want.....The D party bosses have forced D voters into adopting or choosing “Better Red than Dead” (politically speaking)

I wish this round we were an open primary state, the H-beast would get a lot of indy’s and R’s to cross over and would vote against her and go for the commie.

Sad thing is though, I’ve talked with a few of these “feelin’ the Bern” types the last couple weeks. They have no earthly idea what a socialist and probably full on communist he is. Or what that means to them. Had a conversation with one lady who is voting for ol’ Bernie because he is for the people, not the corporations. We went on to talk some issues and she has quite a beef that she and her husband pay full price for their kids tuition at state colleges since their income is over a benchmark, but there are many parents who make just a bit less and their kids get partial or full rides and all sorts of aid and she’s well aware she is paying for them too. And she’s a big Bernie supporter.

The next Oklahoma mental midget I encountered who’s “feelin’ the Bern” I steered right into how much we pay in fed income, SS, medicare, state, county, city, sales tax at every level and how our employers pay nearly the highest in the world business taxes. She’s PO’d too because so many people, including non-citizens, are getting free ride on her dime.
But she loves her some Bernie Sanders.

If Bernie were to pull it off, I think there may be a majority idiot vote out there to carry him in November.

Oh crud, they’re playing Hillary ads tonight with Morgan Freeman doing the voice over. Better pay, no college debt, better life, and get this, “a stronger America”.
I kid you not!! Promising everything but, yea never mind. Everything.

stronger America, eh?
maybe she will throw chairs at invading armies, like she reportedly does at that poor hubby of hers? or she might toss paper sacks filled up with all of her Wall Street bribe (oops, sorry: “speaking fees”) money at them?

Interesting observations. Some young live-at-home college indoctrinated kids at work like the Bern. The older ‘Rats haven’t said much. They’re unusually quiet.

I am thinking that many Dem voters are realizing that HRC has large national security problem and trying to find a way out. I know black women etc.don’t care but they are not the big part of the upcoming vote. Lol

-The older ‘Rats haven’t said much. They’re unusually quiet.-

Everything is couched in percentages. How many Democrats have decided to sit this on out or, possibly, (horrors!) vote Republican? I’m guessing that these percentages are half or less of the old Democratic constituency. Even the older people, who presumably identify with the Depends crowd, can not be very excited by their choice.

Does not matter. Hillary will get the lion’s share of the delegates.
