I gotta agree with warren on this. With one exception. There is a threat to us from climate change or whatever this weeks buzz word/phrase is. The threat is to our wallets. And it may be a YUGE threat. Seems like Washington state has an initiative on the ballot to levy a carbon tax on everyone in WA. Nice. Fookin' idjits.

“Nice. Fookin’ idjits. “

Well at least there will be plenty of 15 dollar an hour jobs available once people are forced out of the workplace due to the financial crunch this will cause.

If I accepted "Global Warming", my first thought would be Buffet is daft. So, he has no agricultural products, no products dependent on agricultural products, no transportation related businesses that could be impacted by global warming restictions and energy availability, no products or transportation enterprises that give off hydrocarbon by-products....etc, and so on and so on.....

No impact from "global warming", indeed.

With that said, he's right because there is no impact from global warming, but then, I don't believe the "global warming" myth.

Warren likes to get his name associated with every popular liberal cause around unless, of course, like this Global Warming BS, it would actually impact his bottom line. He’s not stupid and he isn’t going to spend money or changing his investing based on some fantasy about the world warming up and the sea levels rising and creating some Environmental Armageddon.

No risk to his insurance business.

But the politics of it could be a risk to his train business, if the greenies can’t keep blocking new oil and gas pipelines.

Liberal claptrap is great until it threatens to hurt the bottom line.
