“What are your judgments on Texas? It would be an upset for Trump to win TX over Cruz in my opinion.”
I think Cruz will take Texas, but it’s a proportional state, so he’s likely to split the bulk of delegates with Cruz, plus Cruz may not receive a a majority of the total, so Texas wouldn’t count as one of the required 8 majority wins necessary to be considered at the national convention.
I guess you just skipped over all those comments from tRump supporters who said they won’t vote for Cruz because he’s not a “NBC”.
I never saw any that said they will stay home. Perhaps you have.
They will not vote for Cruz or Rubio because they claim he is not a “Natural Born Citizen”. Have you not looked in their crazy threads.
I ignore the crazies on both sides. Just that there’s been more Cruzies to ignore
It’s hard to ignore the tRump crazies, they have taken over.
The point is, there is a ton of the Donald supporters right here who would not vote if Cruz or Rubio was the nominee I also believe there would be more if Cruz or Rubio were ahead right now. It’s easy to say you’d vote for somebody else if you are ahead in the polls and you think tRump’s going to win.
Never Trump and Never Clinton I’ll have no part of either.
“He (Kasich) is an accomplished moderate conservative”
That’s an oxymoronic description. In fact, I don’t believe there’s any such animal.
“The #nevertrumpers are #hillaryenablers
Anyone can vote wherever they want and however they want. I firmly believe that. But they can’t pretend that the mathematics of it does not exist.”
Well said. But there seem to be a few around here too, who pretend to be conservatives, while promoting voting for Hillary. Fortunately most people do see through it.
It is always a math issue that reveals what does happen, whether the #nevertrumpers wants it to happen or not.
10 Votes Clinton
9 Votes Trump
But 2 #nevertrumpers are voting for Cletus McGilligutty of the Mule Mix Party.
Otherwise it would have been:
10 Votes Clinton
11 Votes Trump
The math is real. It can’t be denied.
Wow, even Texas? If the son of a postman is correct here, Cruz will drop out some time Wednesday or Thursday. I just wish it could be the bell hop instead.
