The Koch brothers surrogate obviously convinced Rubio, i.e.: promised Rubio a hefty payday, to act like a wacko at the last debate, meaning Koch brothers said Rubio needs to act like a clown against Trump, even if it made Rubio look insane on live television.
Also, Rubios wife called Teds wife, asking Ted to drop out after Tuesday. All because the Koch Brothers are trying to call the shots and HATE Trump.
