Well, good for him!

He’s not a questionable billionaire who got his money from daddy.

Neither did Trump

Borrowed a Million turned it into 10 Billion.

Cruz isn't fighting the Washington Cartel

Clearly he works for them

Dang, you’ve got that Lefitst mentality down pretty good there.

“Born to wealthy.”

Let me guess, “White Privilege” too right?

Are you on board with, “You didn’t build that!” too?

Some FReepers have gone round the bend.

Trump received a $1,000,000 loan from his father and built his empire. Later he inherited his share from his father’s $200,000,000 estate less taxes. That inheritance came well after his future was secured.

Another GOPe talking point out the window. Dear Pinnochio Marco and Pinnoccio Cruz: Enough with the constant lies. If you do not have ideas that can beat Trump then it is better to stay silent than continue to destroy your credibility.

The real point here is backing comes with strings attached. So what exactly is your point? That success runs in the Trump family? That is true except for Donald's older brother who eventually died from excessive alcohol abuse.

But even if Donald had the luxury of starting out above where most people are able to start from, he didn't sit back upon his laurels and rely solely upon his family's wealth. Instead he multiplied that wealth several times over.

Starting from a position of wealth in some ways is even harder because it is so easy to allow yourself to be less motivated to make something of yourself and instead ride the wave of success your parent(s) created.
