Sorry, Ted. I’m a voter and I don’t have a “right” to know what’s in Trump’s returns - or yours. You’re a “constitutionalist”. Show me where I have a right to see another person’s tax returns.
Real constitutionalists should be questioning the authority of the IRS, not insisting that the rest of us kow-tow to that agency, and treat IRS documents on individuals like public records for all to see.
His buddy said last night even though I don't like Donald Trump I would never let him turn over his tax returns while being audited.

It’s sad that Cruz is using the IRS as a tool of political intimidation.
Candidates complaining about Trump should set a good example. Have the candidates release their returns going in alphabetical order. Carson, Cruz, etc.
Trump would be foolish to release his returns. He’s given all he’s requred to by law, anything more is simply inviting a “fishing” expidition. When you have the lead, there’s absolutely no reason to “help” your enemies.

Nobody ever voted against a candidate because of failure to reveal his 1040s. Anybody who says he’s against Trump for that reason was already against Trump. Long and short: Cruz is flailing, and he knows his campaign’s got 10 days of life left, if that.
