You make a good point. The whole election process has become a macabre circus. What qualified or intelligent person would want to step into this ring of insanity and pay the personal price that this “process” demands of people and their families?

Watching Rubio is just impossible, if there is a Republican “Obama” this election cycle its this guy... Him and Kasich are the best the mainstream establishment republicans can come up with and they wonder why they are getting gobsmacked.
Cruz is not as bad to watch, but he’s just tactically barking up the wrong tree, and his arguments just aren’t going to get him the win. STill he’s doing better than Rubio, at least he has a win under his belt, and should be on track to take TX as well... after that I doubt he’ll get another, but still its 2 more than Rubio has at this point. But Now Cruz is losing to Rubio in many state.
Neither of these guys are going to convert anyone to their cause with their messages. Rubio tends to get the last minute deciders because he’s well, just a defacto boring establishment candidate the party has put for for generations, with the exception of Reagan.... The more he tries to act like Trump or like he’s the big man on campus, the more likely he will probably end up losing those last minute voters.
Rubios illegal immigration stands make him a non starter for most this election cycle.
Cruz has made too many tactical errors with his message to win, and frankly at the end of the day He and Rubio both answer to the same money men, so neither one will advance much effective change in office where it needs to happen.
Tuesday is the big day, did all that nipping around Trumps ankles last night do anything? Personally I don’t see it changing a damned thing about the race fundamentally, but the vote is the final say, so T minus 4 days to see what if anything it did.
