When Mrs. Henkster was a young lass in Converse Indiana, she and her sister would find stray kitties and dress them up in spare doll clothes. Then the kitties ran away. Mrs. H laughs when she thinks of the elderly neighbor ladies, watching kitties wearing doll clothes running through the yard.

We’ve had 2 kitties in 30 years of marriage. Both rescued strays. We love our baby kitties, and that we took them in.
