Is this a presidential prerogative, or is he yet again breaking the law?
It’s a royal prerogative. His Oneness is decreeing a line item veto, even after line item veto was declared unconstitutional by SCOTUS, even though he didn’t specify a veto of specific items when he signed the bill into law.
