The GOP as it is currently constituted will NEVER EVER bring Impeachment Articles against a RAT. NEVER EVER. IMPEACHMENT OF A RAT HAS BEEN READ OUT OF THE CONSITUTION ALONG WITH SO MANY OTHER ARTICLES.
