The easy solution to restoring the economies of these energy dependent states is to raise the price of oil back to $100 per barrel. Personally, I prefer the cheaper gasoline and oil so I guess these states will just have to get over it.
This really isn’t the fault of the Obama administration which has been doing everything possible to raise the price of oil. Long term, cheap oil will have far more benefits than drawbacks.
You do realize tens of thousands of products are made from oil. The cheaper it is, the cheaper it is for those products made from oil. Like asphalt for roads and roofing. Plastics for zillions of items. Paints and solvents used everywhere. Lubricants in zillions of items. Gasoline is but a fraction of the uses for oil. The cheaper it is, the better it is for the growth of the nation. Now if only we could get rid of Obama and democrats in power, our nation would take off like crazy with new growth and jobs.
