Exclusive - Marco Rubio Plans to Skip CPAC, Pre-Eminent Conservative Gathering, in 2016

Sen. Marco Rubio plans to snub the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) this year..

That Rubio is skipping the pre-eminent annual conservative gathering of thousands of activists in a presidential election year is extraordinarily telling about the direction of his campaign as the entire Washington establishment aligns behind him in a last-ditch desperate bid to stop billionaire frontrunner Donald Trump...

The theme of CPAC this year is based upon President Ronald Reagan's 1981 CPAC address: "Our Time Is Now."

Wow. Seems like a wasted opportunity. Last time around, Romney was able to solidify his conservative bonafides with his speech here. Seems like Rubio keeps running from conservative groups. Not good. Not good at all.

So we should dismiss Rubio because he’s not running to the right when his opponent, Trump, has absolutely no claim to be an actual conservative and is completely uninterested in even pretending to be one?

Bad idea Marco. Reconsider.

A move like that might put a damper on his claim of how conservative he really is...

Good. He doesn’t belong at a conservative gathering.

I’m sure he would feel much more comfortable speaking to his fellow democrats. There is nothing conservative about the little fairy.

Rubio has welcomed the kiss of death to his campaign. It comes from the Establishment. Does he really believe he is advancing his campaign with RINO endorsements that validate to us who he really is?

I dismissed Rubio when he sold us out and joins the Gang of 8 to push Obama’s amnesty/immigration bill through.

He’s The Cheap Labor Express’ last chance to stop us from electing a President to enforce the laws and borders.

No, we should dismiss Rubio because he looked into the eyes of Florida voters in 2010 and lied to them. And to this day, he still has not apologized for Gang of Eight. I’d vote for him in the general, but right now for me, he’s a very distant third out of the three remaining (viable) candidates.

I am hoping Trump gives us a positive message instead of violating the 11th commandment.

Rubio is shedding his conservative robe to return to what he is naturally. A full fledged member of the GOPe. He used the conservative robe to win the Florida Senate seat and then she’d it to give credibility to the Gang of 8 amnesty bill. He tried to wear it during this nomination race but he had already been exposed. Now that he is the leading candidate of the GOPe he does not care. He believes they will pull him through and in return he will do their bidding once he is nominated. I do not see him being elected President.

It would be a disaster to elect Rubio, an empty suit who has a long list of negatives. He is not even a nbc.
