In fact, Trump is a winner, the likes of which the Republican party could NEVER come up with. The goal is not to beat your opponent. The goal is to wipe your opponent out so they will never be a threat, ever again. The sooner Republicans and so-called "Conservatives" get to understand this, the better off we'll be.
Trump is going to need the votes of the rest of the party to win in the general election. If "conservatives" are wiped out (your words) who is going to be there to cast votes in the general election? 30% or even 40% of the GOP isn't going to beat the democRATs.
