Utahns?
I learned a new word today. I guess it is better than my ideas: 'Utonians', 'Utahnites', 'Utes' ... but is Utahns really what they go by?

Yes apparently it is, either Utahns ot Utahans, though Utahns is the more preferred or commonly used.
