I’ll give you the short answer here because I need to hit the sack.

1: I trust Cruz less than I trust Trump. Unlike what Trump has said in the past, Cruz has actually voted for some really ugly anti-conservative anti-American crap, and that taints every claim for ‘conservatism’ that he gives.

2: Trump isn’t afraid to fight. He started RIGHT away with immigration and forced it into the limelight, when Cruz had the field to himself for weeks and said barely anything.

3: Cruz’s religious-themed campaign is a massive turn-off for me. The Christian faith is very important to me, and, to me, Cruz seems like he’s trying to use Christ to get himself elected instead of letting God be God, which I find abhorrent.

4: Immigration, immigration, immigration. It’s the only thing that matters this election, because if we lose on this, we lose on everything. You may think it’s not as far gone as all that. I think that we’re on a proverbial precipice, and I’m going to stick with the only candidate who seems to be taking the immigration matter at all seriously. This is why none of the attacks on the Donald’s immigration policy matter to me, because I don’t believe that any other candidate will do anything.

There’s the short answer. I could write a thesis for a longer answer, but I spent enough of today kvetching about politics. Tomorrow it’s back to work.

Good for Rubio.

What else is there to say?

I quoted a bible verse and you jumped to conclusions and thought it was referring to you. If the shoe fit wear it I guess but I honestly did not have any Trumpsters in mind in the quote.

We've just come off seven years of an unspeakably wicked Obama administration with no opposition from a GOP majority and no end to the murder of thw unborn and the draconian statism in sight. I'm just confessing that I'm tempted to wish for a collapse.

Aren't you heartbroken?

Psalm 137:1
By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion.

Among the people I work and live around, hostility toward the illegal invaders from Latin America does not resonate at all. They are seen as hard workers who send money to their families.

The Muslims are another story. Nobody around here wants to hear the calls to prayer, experience Jihad, submit to Sharia Law or hear any crap about how Islam is the religion of peace.

People are uptight about anchor babies of all stripes, but those citizens take 18 years to assess and they are turned into flaming liberals by the government schools and the hedonistic culture, not by their churches and parents.

No, I’m not heartbroken, and throwing out a Bible verse at random isn’t going to help. It’s going to make me think of you as your nose stuck so high in the air that you’re at serious risk of drowning when it rains.

I’m personally hopeful that this abominable practice will end soon, and I’m ready to keep fighting to make that happen. Sad that it’s happened. Angry too. But not to the point where I’m just sitting and moping and mocking everyone else.

And congrats. You just told us that you weren’t calling us wicked... and then you went and called us wicked in a very backhanded way. Bra-VO.
