I love Trump, but every time he says we must keep people from dying in the streets it makes me cringe. After working 25 years as a first responder, I can tell you that no one in this country is being denied emergency care because of their financial status. The rest of us are already footing the bill; we do not need any additional bureaucrats to help gum up the works.

If the government mandates that you treat someone that is not able to pay, then the government should pay that bill not you. That is what Trumps position boils down to.

I agree and I understand what he is saying and why he is saying it. It just makes it sound like he doesn't know what he is talking about. I wish that he would figure out a better way to say it.
