Of course they are. Sixty percent of the vote is in, Clinton is up by 4 points, and most of the uncounted vote is from Clark County where she's the strongest. Doesn't take a genius to call it based on that.

Checked the link just now, 81% in and still Clinton up 4 points. Only about 10,000 votes in all.
