Washington GOP to caucus Saturday, but it won’t count for presidential race

What? You mean state Republican officials and platform planks aren’t actually determined in Washington, DC? People in the states get to decide, if they’re willing to participate? What if all states did this?

Say, isn’t attending a neighborhood meeting an intolerable burden?
