Someone sent me a message earlier saying the FBI did it. I think we are still in the "fog of war" aspect of this latest development. It might take awhile before we get a better handle on what actually happened.
The most fascist IT folks work in gubmint. They sell there black magic mumbo jumbo to unsophisticated elected officials that believe every word out of their mouths and use that as power over the rest of the departments. The software is always outdated or custom made and it literally takes years to upgrade to more efficient softeare or hardware.
My guess is that is what happened. Some overzealous nerd was following some stupid policy regardless of the outcome.
