How about I tell you as a pickup truck driver that your vehicle is too safe on the road and it needs to have strategic points cut into the frame so it can be flattened like smaller cars? These fools in our government had the knowledge and information on these people and they let it happen. They opted not to act on multiple occasion. What could they possibly have on the phone that isn’t already available via metadata? And call logs?

Last I checked, there is a process for the government to hire a company to perform a job. It doesn't involve a writ.
