He may have every right to run, but there is plenty of ambiguity about whether he is eligible to actually serve if elected. That is why Trump has been urging Cruz to get it resolved now.
Trump does not know what he is talking about. You don’t just call up a judge and ask them to make a ruling. Somebody has to file suit and trump doesn’t have the guts to do it.
