Autopsies don’t expose the cause of a heart attack, at least according to the two ways I know for an assassin to induce it.

Actually, an autopsy can find an acutely occluded coronary artery as a cause of a ‘heart attack’, but I agree with you that there are certainly ways to induce cardiac arrest that would be difficult to detect on an autopsy. I'm thinking more about the pillow over his Justice Scalia’s head. If he was purposefully suffocated, there would likely be some evidence of this. At any rate, I just think that an autopsy would put a lot of conspiracy theories to rest.
