I also am going to instruct the new Attorney General to immediately appoint a Special Prosecutor and form a Grand Jury and proceed from there. It appears what she has done is tantamount to treason. For the sake of Justice and to set a precedent for future violations, it is my duty to pursue this to the full extent of the law. Thank You and Good Night."
Totally agree with that. Maybe that's why it's taking the FBI so long to complete their investigation. Certainly a Ton of evidence. What did Giuliani say, at least 13 laws broken?

Clinton recently mentioned something about a story "that had already been mentioned in the NYT", so this must have been what she was referring to.
Even still, it's one thing to have been exposed in the NYT, and quite another for that story to be confirmed in an unsecured email.
Email sitting on a server is not typically encrypted. Apples email program does not encrypt emails. For email encryption to work, both sender and receiver have to be set up for it, and the public keys shared between them in advance.

BTW: for your edification, there’s plenty of encryption software out there available for all systems. PC, Windows, Linux, UNIX. You can put it on your own system.

If I thought I needed one I would. But it would be subject to whatever laws governed it.
Depends you have to ask yourself how did GWB get convinced to appoint one for the Val Plame fiasco? You have to make Obama own it then force him to choose to defend her or abandon her... The only one capable of forcing that will be Trump..

This is not about “encryption” it is about passing information from a Secure network into an unsecured network.
It is expressly prohibited in any form. And Hillary signed an, in blood, agreement she would not do that.
Yes it is. But the secure network was encrypted. So it’s about both.
Treason is one thing, but when that treasonous act causes the death of American citizens (Benghazi) and/or one in America’s employee (Afghan) we are in area where we are talking about serious prison time or possibly the death penalty.(IMO)
