Jesus, the Son of God and also God incarnate, didn't kill anyone. Ever. Not even the people who crucified him.

Think about that: He could have personally wiped them to dust. Or called a legion of angels to do so. (Few people realize how terrifyingly powerful angles are. One killed all of the first born in Egypt except for those Passed Over. Now imagine a hundred acting in wrath. Or a thousand. Or a million.)

That's kind of the whole point of the crucifixion: Christ could have stopped it at any time but instead chose to sacrifice himself for our sins.

And then some idiot suggests he would have killed ANYONE? That's beyond blaspheme IMHO.

PS Next visit to this ball of dirt, Jesus may (will) be The Lion. But what that means is not for any human to say.

Sorry, the last clause of my PS was not well expressed.

Actually, there’s no need for much speculation at what He will do on His return to this “ball of dirt”. Revelation is quite clear on both when He returns as well as the consequences of a His breaking the seals shortly before that.

As for the time of His return, He says something, or the sword that comes from His mouth, and everyone following the beast or the FP will be slain.

Revelation record the Lord’s wrath in the time leading up to this and it would seem reasonable that this outpouring will be for reasons not unfamiliar to Jews in OT times: to bear witness that He is Lord and to inspire those still able to confess Him.

One needs to realize that the times we are talking about are at the very end of any possible Romans 1:18-32 situation ... or a culture that is polluted as polluted may yet be, so it takes some “shouting”, in the form of real wrath, to reach those defiled by such a polluted culture (but not personally reprobate, arguably because they had limited knowledge of Him beforehand that they rejected, you know, the sort of thing that sets off a Romans 1:18-32 process of which the embracing of homosexuality is a symptom of a disease well progressed, not a root cause).

So, given that we see the effects of a Romans 1:18-32 process all around us even now, it seems reasonable that most to all of those who have been turned over to reprobate minds, or will yet be, who endure till His actual return will have probably also taken the mark too.

Those will all be slain.
